Primer Design
Note: Remember to write the primer sequence in the 5’ à 3’ direction when asked to design own primers in tests. Same applies to STR and VNTR sequences.(quotes imba davin :O)

tiring day today =( training felt weird. and tiring. sometimes i have no idea how i can complete the things though they sound quite impossible. sheesh. i guess your body just goes numb.

school day was *yawn* ok you get the idea. didn't sleep in class today ._. woo! maybe highlight was PE. had to redo 5 stations cause didn't finish last week boo. and i did 0 situps :D haha. and hahahaha i spent like 1hr playing handphone games in class with dewin. lols.

ohwell can't really talk alot have to do chinese project eks.

AND MY FUJI GI STILL ISN'T HERE YET SO I CAN STILL PRETEND TO BE A NATIONAL PLAYER xD
